Our Home

Our home is located at 303 Chestnut Road in Washington Grove, Maryland where Methodists, in the 19th century, held summer camp meetings.

Today, the town of Washington Grove sits as a tree-lined community on the southeastern edge of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The town retains much of the charm of its earlier days. Tall oak trees dot every road and avenue. Town meetings are held in historic MaCathran Hall.  Our tranquil location is an ideal place for reflection and prayer.

The architecture of many homes reflects the early camp meeting tents. The town seems far removed from the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan area that surrounds it. It has the aura of a small New England or Midwestern town.

We stand with one foot in the Maryland history of the Methodist church and the other foot grounded in ministry to the Washington Grove community and beyond.
